With sod installation ranging in price from $0.30 to $0.75/sf our pricing is incredibly low. Total cost for our superior quality hydroseeding starts at $.19/sf and goes down from there depending on volume. This includes the seed and total soil conditioning along with fertilizer. Customers may estimate the cost using the following chart. We can perform a precise measurement of your property before the installation if requested. Normally, you provide your estimate and we provide a job estimate to you based on your estimate. On the day of installation we will do a precise measurement of your property and update the estimate.
Our minimum charge for any job is $750.00. Square Feet Cost/sf 0-10,000 = $0.19 10,001-20,000 = $0.17 20,001-25,000 = $0.15 25,001-1 acre = $0.14 1-1.99 Acres = $0.10 2-3 Acres = $.095
Add $.03/sf for Centipede and Riviera and Princess 77 premium Bermuda grasses. Seed can be multiplied at cost only. (Inquire for prices) This will speed up complete coverage of the lawn. Contact us for larger job pricing. We offer many discounts including military, senior, non-profit organizations and repeat customers. We also offer discounts to contractors, DOT, and other government agencies with long term contracts. We welcome large jobs and government agency contracts and single jobs. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
